All website purchases are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. We provide a full refund for all unopened and unused products which are returned in their initial conditions upon purchasing. Our service guarantees ensure that you can always count on excellent service – except for exceptional circumstances such as natural disasters, civil unrest, terrorist attacks, etc. As long as all the information you provide is accurate and complete, we will be able to dispatch your order in time.
If we are unable to meet the promised delivery time frame (4 business days for 1st Class Royal Mail, the next business day for ‘Next Day’, etc.), and this is not due to any failing on your part or any exceptional circumstances, we will provide a full refund or re-deliver your order.
Our same-day dispatch guarantee ensures that all orders received on a working day (Mon-Friday, days which are not public and/or bank holidays) before 4 pm London time are dispatched on the same day. All other others are dispatched on the next business day. Do refer to our special delivery schedules during the Easter, Christmas and New Year holiday periods.
All prices indicated on our website include the cost of the product and 20% Value Added Tax (VAT), which applies to all purchases made within the United Kingdom. Prices may be adjusted if VAT rates change.
Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations allow you to cancel your order by contacting us within 7 days after the delivery of your purchase, and by providing your Order Number. Since our products are fragile, you must take extra care to ensure that they remain intact and unused. A full refund will be provided of you cancel your order after payment, provided that all goods are returned under the conditions laid out in our Returns Procedure.
If any ordered items are unavailable, you will be informed as soon as possible and given the option of receiving the delivery of all available item(s), or to cancel your order.
We are currently only able to ship to UK addresses, as defined by the Royal Mail and HM Revenue & Customs. This excludes any ‘special’ areas such as BFPO addresses, or areas with non-standard tax regulations. Our prices and delivery options are only applicable to UK addresses.
If any order is lost during the delivery process, you have the option of receiving a replacement or a refund, so long as you agree to fill in the relevant forms and statements that indicate you did not receive the delivered goods.
All purchases must be made by individuals who are 18 years old or older.
If there is any cancellation of your order after you have made the payment, a full refund will be issued.
We can accept debit cards and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, Switch and Maestro. You can be assured that all precautions have been made to ensure that your payment is secure. Unless there is any negligence on our side, we will not be liable for any losses incurred by any unauthorised access to the information you provided.
All ordered and/or delivered goods remain the property of Vapsta until a full payment has been made.
We reserve the right to transfer any rights under this agreement to third parties. This may involve the collection of all payments made via your purchases.
If the payment for your order does not go through, remains outstanding, or is rejected after initial authorisation, you are liable for all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in the process of securing full payment. This may include any interest on outstanding amounts, additional administrative costs, and any relevant bank charges.
We have the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. You will thus be entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
All contracts between Vapsta and you will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be resolved within the courts of England and Wales.
In the unlikely case that there is any error in the price of any ordered goods, you will be informed immediately. If the error affects you negatively, you will have the option of confirming your order with the amended terms, or cancelling it completely or partly. If the error affects you positively, we may cancel part or all of your order. In the event that you are uncontactable or unresponsive, your order will be cancelled.
If any of the goods you receive are faulty, damaged or do not match your order, do refer to our Return Policy.
If any faults develop in our products within 30 days of purchase, please contact us so that the faults can be rectified under the Manufacturers Guarantee or Warranty. We are not liable for the postage and packaging costs of goods that are returned after 30 days.
Any undelivered orders which could not be resolved because you could not be contacted will be abandoned. You will be refunded for the value of the goods purchased once the order is returned to us, but you will not be refunded for any delivery charges.
Only ‘Standard’ delivery charges will be refunded for orders that we attempted to deliver.
Our goods are non-hazardous to your health and safety, provided that they are used according to the intentions for which they were designed, according to the provided instructions, and if reasonable precautions are taken.
We shall all only be liable, at maximum, to the total value of any purchased order.
Vapesta warrants that all provided goods and services are fit for their intended purposes, and does not contain any inherent defects. To the extent that this is legally permissible, we provide no indemnity with regard to any costs, claims, expenses, actions, losses, demands, or any other indirect liabilities.
Our products have been designed for the sole purpose of domestic consumption. If you are intending to use them for business purposes, do seek out relevant insurance coverage.
Our website is not necessarily compatible with your computer equipment, and we will not be liable for any corruption, loss of data, or damage of any kind as a result of your use of our website.
It is your responsibility to provide a correct email address for us to confirm the details of the delivery of your purchases. We will not be held responsible for any delays or communication failures as a result of inbox filters, internet usage limits, ISP problems, software issues or network problems.
Any ‘feedback’ or ‘product review’ you provide to us is provided under an indefinite royalty-free license to use this information on our website(s) and advertising media. You can request that we do not use your comments or stop using your comments by contacting us, and allowing for a 30 day notice. We may use any of the information you provide, and may edit it according to our editorial policy, but we will not publish your name or contact details to protect your privacy. We may, however, use your initials and your geographic location while attributing your comments to ‘a customer’.
All transactions with Vapsta are governed by the afore-mentioned Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time, without any prior notification. Any changes made will only apply to future orders.
We may occasionally issue promotional offers or discount vouchers. Unless otherwise stated, any single order may only be made alongside a single promotion or single voucher (i.e. they are not intended to be cumulative).
You may incur a handling fee of £10.00 (plus any delivery costs) as a result of any misuse of our returns procedure.
As a consumer, you statutory rights are unaffected.
