Do not that all electronic cigarette compounds have limited life spans, and will eventually need replacing.
Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations allow you to cancel your order by contacting us within 7 days after the delivery of your purchase, and by providing your Order Number. Since our products are fragile, you must take extra care to ensure that they remain intact and unused. A full refund will be provided of you cancel your order after payment, provided that all goods are returned in good conditions.
Except for eLiquids, all products can be returned to us within 30 days of purchase (provided that the item(s) is still in its condition upon purchase).
If any faults develop in our products within 30 days of purchase, please contact us so that the faults can be rectified under the Manufacturers Guarantee or Warranty. We are not liable for the postage and packaging costs of goods that are returned after 30 days.
Atomizers and Cartomizers have a dead on arrival warranty, so do inform us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is faulty in any way, and we will replace it or provide you with a refund.
We are unfortunately unable to accept any returns of eLiquids. If a wrong order has been issued, a replacement will be issued immediately after the item has been returned. While all our batteries have a 28-day warranty, E-Cig batteries are fragile and damages caused by wear and tear will not be covered. If a battery is dead on arrival or found to be faulty, email us within 30 days and a replacement will be issued.
For advanced Kits with a 6 month + warranty, we only cover the main body. Chargers and batteries are covered by a 28-day warranty that excludes physical damages caused by wear and tear.
While we take great care to make sure that all products are checked and tested before they are delivered to our customers, there is always a small possibility of products arriving dead or faulty. Do inform us if this happens, so that we can issue a replacement.
All costs incurred while making returns is paid for by the customer, including postage or courier charges. If you wish to make a return, please email us the following:
