Q: WHAT IS NICOTINE?
A: Nicotine is a naturally produced chemical that is extracted from tobacco plants. Nicotine is a mental stimulant and is very addictive. Our e-liquid products contain varying amounts of nicotine, allowing you to choose your preferred rate of intake:
– High Nicotine content (18mg of nicotine per ml)
– Medium Nicotine content (11mg of nicotine per ml)
– Zero Nicotine content (0mg of nicotine per ml)
Q: WHAT IS PG?
A: PG is an acronym for Propylene Glycol, a diluent which is used as the base for e-liquids, and is also found in medicines, mouthwashes, besides being used as a food additive. PG is free from animal derivatives, and is suitable for vegetarians. PG is the base of the e-liquid, containing the nicotine and the flavouring and creating the exhaled vapour which is exhaled.
Q: DO YOUR PRODUCTS CONTAIN VEGETABLE GLYCERIN (VG)?
A: Our products do not contain VG, since it increases the viscosity of e-liquids, and can clog devices if left unused for prolonged time periods.

Q: WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO PRESERVE MY E-CIGARETTE BATTERY?
A: Our batteries are sensitive since they rely on air pressure for activation. Do not drop them, and keep them far away from magnets, liquids, and extreme fluctuations in temperature.
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CHARGE MY BATTERY?
A: It takes almost 4 hours to charge an e-cigarette battery via USB cable. USB adaptors are available, allowing you to charge them in your car. Please be sure to use compatible adaptors, as non-compatible adaptors may result in overcharging. As an added precaution, we advise that you do not charge your battery overnight, or leave it unattended while charging.
Q: HOW LONG DOES A RECHARGEABLE E-CIGARETTE BATTERY LAST?
A: After approximately 300 recharges, batteries begin to lose their functionality and need to be replaced.
Q: HOW DO I KNOW WHEN THE BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED?
A: The ‘on/off’ button turns green when the battery is fully charged.
Q: WHY ISN’T MY E-CIGARETTE WORKING EVEN THOUGH MY RECHARGEABLE BATTERY HAS BEEN FULLY CHARGED?
A: Battery performance declines with age and usage; your batter probably needs to be replaced if this occurs. You can contact our customer service team if you detect any problems with your battery.
Q: WHAT IS THE ELECTRIC CHARGE OF THE RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES?
A: The Vapesta range includes the following battery options:

A: Vapesta Cartomisers are only compatible with Vapesta Rechargeable batteries. For a better vaping experience, be sure to only used branded Vapesta products.

A: Each cartomiser contains 1ml of liquid – this varies according to your frequency and duration of usage.
Q: HOW LONG DO BOTTLES OF E-LIQUID LAST?
A: Each e-liquid bottle contains 10ml of liquid – this varies according to your frequency and duration of usage.
Q: HOW LONG DO CLEAROMISERS LAST?
A: Clearomisers are disposable, and generally last between 2-4 weeks (depending on the frequency and duration of usage). We suggest that you use a new clearomiser for each new e-liquid flavour, to prevent the different flavours from mingling.
Q: WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM IN MY ORDER?

A: All orders are dispatched on the same day if they are made before 4 pm on a week day. Orders made during the weekend or on bank holidays are dispatched on the following working day.

A: Standard shipping orders takes 2-3 working days to reach your doorstep.

A: While E-cigarettes are not also banned in public spaces designated as non-smoking areas, it would be best to ask the owner if he or she is fine with vaping on the premises.
Q: HOW DO I CANCEL AN ORDER?
A: You can cancel your order by calling our customer service team at 0121 382 2285. If you contact us before 4 pm on the same day you placed the order (or before 4 pm the following day if you placed the order after 5 pm), we can prevent the order from being dispatched and provide the refund. If the order is cancelled after it has been dispatched, you can still return the items (in their original, unused condition) within 30 days for a full refund.
